The design process happens in 3 stages.
Stage 1: Payment of $250 as a deposit to start. The client will receive 3 preliminary sketches, of which they will choose one. The client may request any changes or alterations to the chosen design in Stage 1.
Stage 2: The client will receive an edited and cleaned up version of the chosen design. This will be the final time to request any minor adjustments. Before moving to Stage 3, additional payment of $250 is required.
Stage 3: The client will receive the final version of the artwork.
Clients are responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork. We are not responsible for typos, non-matching colors, or overlooked errors. Please be mindful that once the product is approved / completed, any additional changes to the artwork will require additional payment.
If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, the customer waives the right to mediation and 13th Cult shall seek resolution through the courts. Because each printed piece is customized and the customer approves the artwork before we begin printing, all sales are final, and deposits are non-refundable.
All pre-press works, including but not limited to screens, artwork, films, and embroidery files, are the sole property of 13th Cult. The design is the property of the designer and cannot be reproduced in any way without the written permission of the owner.
